Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Leads Manager to manage the client acquisition pipeline, qualify prospects, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality leads are captured, categorized, nurtured, and handed over to the sales or consulting team in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Relationship Management.
At least 2 years of experience in lead management, sales support, or CRM administration.
Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Data entry accuracy and strong organization skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and maintain an up-to-date and organized lead database.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, or web inquiries.
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate consultants or departments.
Monitor lead progress through the funnel and provide follow-up support.
Generate regular reports on lead conversion metrics, trends, and campaign results.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development to align lead efforts.
