Isef Business Consult is looking for a technically skilled Database Manager to oversee the development, performance, integrity, and security of our business data. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that information is stored securely, updated regularly, and accessible when needed for decision-making and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in database administration or data systems management.

  • Hands-on experience with MS Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of data governance, backups, migration, and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).

  • Ability to build custom queries, reports, and automate workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage databases for client, financial, and project data.

  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

  • Perform regular backups, restorations, and system audits to prevent data loss.

  • Develop reports and dashboards for key departments including finance, marketing, and business development.

  • Work with the IT team and consultants to ensure data security and access protocols.

  • Optimize databases for speed, scalability, and user-friendliness.
