Job Description
The General Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee all departments

Develop and implement business plans and operational strategies

Ensure compliance with transport, labor, and regulatory laws

Manage budgets, revenue targets, and performance indicators

Represent the company to stakeholders, partners, and regulators

Supervise senior management and ensure team performance
Experience & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Minimum of 7–10 years managerial experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or tech-enabled services
-
Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills

- Develop and execute target driven marketing strategy for the company

- Assist to determine and negotiate business analysis fees for client mandates
- Work with investment analysts to design workable short-term tactical business plan

Skills and Competencies
- First Degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting
- GSE Securities Certification/ Ghana Investment and Securities Institute Certification
- 3–5 years relevant experience

Key Objectives:
Training Programmes Coordinator is responsible for identifying business opportunities, accreditation and certification, executing effective online training sessions, and ultimately enhance value. The role also involves training needs assessment, curricula and materials development, logistics management, communication and coordination, evaluation of training effectiveness, and general administration of programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Training needs assessment: Identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
- Accreditation and certification: Seeking relevant accreditations to enhance the credibility and marketability of the training.
- Curricula and training materials development: Developing training contents including curricula, manuals, presentations, handouts and e-learning modules preparations.
- Execution of online sessions: Developing a website with detailed information about programs, instructors, and testimonials, as well as active social media engagement.
- Logistics and administration: Coordinating training schedules, venues, participants registrations, training delivery, and attendance tracking; and ensuring that training materials and equipment are available and in good working condition.
- Communication and collaboration: Serving as a point of contact for participants, trainers, and other stakeholders; and communicating training information, and updates effectively.
- Evaluation and continuous improvement: Monitoring and evaluating training programmes; and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery.
- General administration: Providing support to participants during training sessions; maintaining training records and databases; ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies; and managing training budgets and expenses.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in instructional design and training delivery methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training administration tools
